General Terms and Conditions of Sale

The following general terms and conditions apply to all sales by the company, whether they are made in person or over the telephone. The customer is obliged to read these terms and conditions before signing them. These terms and conditions may be modified without notice at any time. Any modification will take effect on the date stated therein. In case of conflict between these terms and conditions and a previous agreement signed with the customer, the latter shall prevail.

Prices

Prices for services rendered are quoted as follows:

• For painting work done in the house, the price includes the cost of materials used (paint, brushes, rollers, etc.) and labour costs.
• For painting work done outside the house, the price covers only the cost of materials used.

Warranty

All work carried out by the painter is guaranteed for one year. This guarantee does not cover damages caused by improper use of the paint, negligence, accidents, or damage due to natural causes such as fire, flood, lightning strikes, earthquakes, war, sabotage, vandalism, theft, acts of God, etc.

Liability

In the event of death or personal injury resulting from the fault of the painter, his heirs or legal representatives shall be liable for the entire amount of the indemnity.

Limitation of liability

The painter’s liability is limited to the value of the goods sold unless otherwise stipulated.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Australian law. Any dispute arising from their application shall be submitted exclusively to the Litigation and Enforcement in Australia
